Ms. Sharma is a journalist with over one decades of experience in journalism. She is currently working as a senior correspondent in Nepal Republic Media (Nagarik National Daily). Her reporting mainly based on legal situation of Nepal. Apart of that she has been covering stories related to human right, administration etc.
She is also the representative member of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) , an umbrella body of Nepalese Journalists and general member of Center for Investigation Journalism Nepal.
